Role Description RYZ Labs is hiring for a Data Center Project Manager to lead build-outs, expansions, and major upgrades, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. On-site role; limited travel; occasional off-hours for cutovers. - Own project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change control. - Coordinate GCs/trades, vendors, and internal teams (design, facilities, network/IT). - Develop and maintain project plans, Gantt schedules, and status reports. - Manage procurement, RFPs, contracts, and change orders. - Ensure safety, code, and compliance (permits, inspections); track KPIs. - Oversee construction, MEP/critical installs, testing, commissioning, and handover with as-builts/O&M. Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction or equivalent experience. - 5+ years managing data center or critical facility projects. - Strong knowledge of MEP, critical power/cooling, and structured cabling. - Proficient with PM/scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) and cost control. - Familiar with TIA-942, NEC/NFPA, local codes; safety-first mindset. - PMP or similar certification preferred; excellent communication and vendor management. • Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation • Build rapport and manage relationships with internal team members and clients to create and deliver all elements of each project • Generate and maintain client project schedules and track all digital work in progress using Accelo, Trello, or a related software • Act as a client advocate within the agency, representing the clients’ goals and needs • Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budget • Champion proper usage of time management • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces, weighing priorities effectively

• Lead delivery of large-scale digital initiatives across UX, content, engineering, and platform implementation • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, balancing priorities and maintaining steady delivery across teams • Serve as the primary client point of contact and strategic partner, supporting decision-making and guiding discussions around options, risks, and priorities • Translate business goals and requirements into structured plans, roadmaps, and decision frameworks • Manage CMS-focused builds—like Drupal and WordPress—including configuration planning, content migration workflows, and coordination with engineering • Oversee QA processes: test plans, acceptance criteria, issue triage, and release readiness • Facilitate internal and client meetings and workshops, like sprint planning, kickoffs and reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions • Identify opportunities within projects to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support smoother delivery • Support resource planning, including assembling and adjusting project teams based on capacity and required skills • Maintain organized project documentation across Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by supporting proposals, scopes, schedules, and delivery models • Contribute to strengthening the PM practice by refining internal processes, coordination methods, and delivery standards across the agency.
