Engineering Manager – iOS, Android Teams

Wire

• Lead the iOS and Android teams across the organization. • Support engineers in their growth and foster collaboration across feature teams. • Remain accountable for the overall quality, reliability, and evolution of iOS and Android platforms. • Define and uphold platform standards, tooling, and best practices. • Partner with Mobile Staff Engineers to drive technical strategy, architectural evolution, and core improvements. • Own the release pipeline for the platform.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Engineering Management.
  • 7+ years of proven expertise in designing, building, and scaling mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated strength in People Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Skilled in writing clear, well-documented procedures and expressing ideas confidently and effectively in English.
  • French and German, or any additional language, is a plus.
  • Experience in building secure applications and end-to-end encryption is a plus.
