Solutions Engineer

• Understand Client Needs: Participate in prospective and existing client meetings to understand their data requirements and recommend solutions that fulfill their business use cases. • Technical Relationships: Own the technical relationship with our most strategic and largest prospective clients. • Design Workflows: Create and design the best workflows to integrate our solutions into clients' systems. • Solution Presentations: Lead requirements discovery, solution presentations, Proof of Concept builds, and various workshop formats with clients. • Engagement: Engage with technical and non-technical clients to demonstrate potential solutions effectively. • Scraping Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of web scraping, data structures, and anti-bot bypass techniques to support and guide clients. • Customer Onboarding: Provide thoughtful technical guidance to ensure customers quickly and successfully onboard with Oxylabs. • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Account Management teams on engagements with prospective and existing customers to provide technical guidance and support. • Product Feedback: Curate structured product feedback to help Product and Engineering teams enhance and refine our offerings. • Sales Training: Educate the sales team on product details, upcoming releases, competitive analysis, and insights into typical customer environments and third-party applications.
Job Requirements
- Strong networking foundation: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/MTLS, proxies (HTTP/SOCKS), load balancing, NAT/VPN;
- Strong data background: APIs, data pipelines, quality/validation, normalization, monitoring for data flows;
- Familiar with digital-native architectures: APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns; hands-on debugging across layers;
- Cloud basics: practical experience with at least one global cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and one China cloud (Alibaba/Tencent/Huawei/Byteplus);
- PoC design and delivery: scoping, instrumentation, measurable outcomes, clear handover;
- Proven experience operating within China’s internet environment and Great Firewall constraints.
- Have exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
- Are eligible (and willing) to travel to Europe, Mainland China and the APAC region;
- Have proven track record of collaborating with technical personas such as product owners, software engineers, and chief technology officers.

Integration Engineer

• Own and drive the integration of Native APIs and SDKs with third-party wallets, DEX aggregators, and DeFi partners. • Act as the primary coordinator throughout the integration lifecycle, from initial technical alignment and sandbox testing to mainnet launch. • Ensure partners clearly understand Native’s integration flows, constraints, and best practices. • Work with internal engineering teams to translate partner requirements into clear integration solutions and implementation plans. • Help standardize integration patterns, documentation, and onboarding processes for external partners. • Identify gaps or friction points in partner integrations and propose product or process improvements. • Serve as the main technical-facing representative for external engineering and product teams. • Proactively communicate with partners via Telegram, Discord, and async channels to unblock progress and align expectations. • Gather partner feedback and relay structured insights to internal product and engineering teams. • Maintain a working understanding of Native’s APIs (REST, WebSocket, gRPC) and how different partners consume them. • Assist in aligning Native’s API design with aggregator and wallet integration standards. • Take ownership of integration outcomes, ensuring integrations move from “in progress” to “live and stable in production.” • Track integration status, risks, and timelines, and coordinate internal resources when issues arise.
