Role Description You will design and implement liblogos, a modular plugin runtime for decentralised nodes, while optimising IPC, strengthening module isolation, fault-tolerance, scalability, and security. You will also collaborate with teams to build and test modules, like our Logos blockchain, messaging and storage modules. - Help design and implement liblogos, which provides a modular plugin-based runtime for decentralized nodes and applications. - Optimize IPC performance. - Improve isolation (also in regards to efficiency), fault tolerance, independent scalability, and secure boundaries of modules to prevent cross-module vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with component teams to build and test modules like decentralised nodes. Qualifications - Proficiency in systems programming languages including C, C++, Rust, and Nim. - Experience with plugin architectures, dynamic loading, and package managers for modular runtime systems. - Strong understanding of microkernel principles: minimal core, service isolation, fault tolerance, and extensibility without core modifications. - Experience with Linux namespaces and cgroups for process isolation, containerization techniques, and achieving microkernel-style separation in user-space environments. - Knowledge of IPC optimization, and low-level performance tuning in multi-process environments. - Experience in network programming. • Partner closely with GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Business Systems teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable system designs • Develop a long-term roadmap for the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, balancing innovation, operational efficiency, data quality, and compliance requirements • Serve as a subject-matter expert on end-to-end commercial workflows—Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order → Billing → Revenue—identifying friction points and recommending durable solutions • Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and solution design for enhancements to CPQ, CRM, and revenue systems • Drive improvements across Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, with exposure to Service Cloud considered a strong plus • Influence and guide integrations with ERP (NetSuite) and revenue recognition systems (NetSuite ARM), ensuring data consistency and compliant revenue outcomes • Optimize system usability and user experience across the QTC landscape for Sales, Finance, Support, and internal GTM stakeholders • Own the lifecycle of enhancements: discovery, documentation, prioritization, UAT, deployment, and post-launch iteration • Evaluate new tools, vendors, and architectures to support scaling GTM operations • Partner with Finance and RevOps to ensure solutions align with policy, controls, auditability, and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance • Deliver training, documentation, and enablement to ensure long-term adoption and operational success • Champion architectural consistency and process integrity across GTM systems • Influence without authority—collaborating with technical teams, business owners, and executives to drive consensus • Act as a mentor and thought leader within Business Systems, bringing a disciplined, forward-looking perspective to our systems landscape

• Independently analyze and resolve faults in various applications on Windows and Linux servers • Evaluate and interpret event logs, log files and system messages • Perform and analyze network traces (e.g., with Wireshark) to identify performance or communication issues • Work closely with business departments, developers and external partners to determine the root causes of complex incidents • Plan and execute maintenance tasks such as patching, certificate replacement or configuration changes • Maintain and document system environments and troubleshooting processes • Actively participate in the further development and automation of infrastructure and monitoring solutions • Support the rollout of new systems and technical migration projects

• You'll architect our entire creative workflow from scratch • Develop the prompt library for text-to-video, image-to-video, and image generation that produces consistently exceptional output • Create the quality framework that defines "good/great/exceptional" at SETR • Build the creative testing matrices (how we generate 10+ angles from one concept) • Design the format adaptation system (one concept → UGC, VSL, story ad, testimonial, luxury, etc.) • Document everything so new team members can produce 80% quality in week one, 95% quality by month three • Prove the system works by creating a complete brand from scratch in 48 hours • Run creative strategy sessions to understand clients' brand, offer, and ICP psychology • Produce 8-12 high-performing video ads per month per client • Create unlimited static ad variations for angle testing • Design landing page creative that converts • Iterate based on performance data • Maintain obsessive quality standards—every deliverable should make us proud • Build the training program for new creative team members • Establish the culture of "unreasonable standards" for creative quality • Train others to think strategically about creative, not just execute • Eventually lead a team of 3-5 creative specialists as we expand • Understand conversion psychology and what makes people buy • Study competitor creative and identify gaps and opportunities • Develop unique angles rooted in deep ICP research
