• Lead and support QA activities for downstream manufacturing, including Drug Product, Finished Drug Product, and devices such as pre-filled syringes and auto-injectors • Maintain and enhance robust GMP quality systems encompassing documentation, change control, deviations, CAPA, quality events, and continuous improvement initiatives • Stay current with regulatory changes, industry trends, and implement new requirements into company policies and procedures • Utilize risk-based approaches to quality management, proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks across the organization • Develop, monitor, and report key quality metrics to drive GMP compliance and improve product quality • Ensure all personnel are adequately trained in GMP requirements and quality procedures • Keep comprehensive and accurate records and reports of all quality assurance activities • Foster a culture focused on quality, compliance, data integrity, patient safety, collaboration, and teamwork • Prepare and support the organization for regulatory authority inspections and maintain inspection readiness • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive innovation in quality systems and processes

Role Description Our team provides quality assurance for mobile games developed by the company. We work closely with game designers, developers, and product stakeholders to ensure high quality, stability, and an engaging player experience across different mobile devices and operating system versions. We continuously improve our QA processes step by step, focusing on efficient testing practices and product quality. We are looking for a Manual QA team member who can perform manual testing of mobile games across different devices and operating system versions. We work remotely, with formal meetings kept to a minimum — one weekly stand-up, and the rest scheduled based on work needs. Our focus is on maintaining a balance between game quality and business goals to ensure long-term project sustainability and a positive team atmosphere. • Conduct moderately complex to complex quality audits of provider claims, pre-payments and post-payments including high-dollar and specialized claims across multiple lines of business • Audit the work of more junior auditors and identify opportunities for coaching and/or training • Identify and communicate issues identified through audits and recommended solutions relevant to business operations • Mentor and coach Financial and/or Operations QA auditors • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert on various process improvement projects designed to meet departmental and operational needs

• Participate in business requirements sessions, assist with discovery, capture requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Define risk-based test plans (functional, integration, regression, UAT) focused on high-value paths. • Validate data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation logic across Azure data pipelines • Perform source-to-target (S2T) reconciliation and data completeness checks • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and integrity across layers (raw, curated, semantic) • Perform regression testing for data model and pipeline changes • Maintain traceability (requirements → test cases → defects → release notes). • Plan and facilitate UAT (scripts, execution, acceptance sign-off); manage change requests. • Communicate status and risks clearly to client stakeholders and internal leadership.
