• Builds and expands Kyriba’s motion design system across events, campaigns, product storytelling, and digital content • Translates technical or abstract financial ideas into clean, compelling visual narratives • Stays up to date with design and video trends and seeks innovative ways to implement those trends into your daily work to strive to further develop and grow our brand • Creates next-level videos for C-suite and executive leadership members • Creates video content for large scale events and trade shows held across the globe • Ability to storyboard, design and animate videos from concept to completion • Produce high-impact animations and videos using a hybrid toolset: After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and AI video generation tools • Use AI to accelerate ideation, generate source visuals, previsualize scenes, and create full sequences where appropriate • Create compelling static designs such as social graphics, event visuals, web assets, and presentation graphics when needed • Collaborates with global department managers to maintain schedules and deadlines • Collaborates with other designers, animators, content strategists, subject matter experts and web developers on design concepts and strategies, and defends approaches and rationale when necessary • Clearly communicates ideas and direction • Produces animations and video content to support various marketing initiatives and internal communications • Manages and tracks projects using Asana, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones • Maintains organized project files, naming standards, and efficient workflows • Oversee multiple projects with tight timelines while maintaining high production value

• Adapt and localize the marketing videos we provide into various languages. • Translate text elements, replace voiceovers, and update visual assets as needed while maintaining high-quality output. • Integrate localized videos into device mockups (e.g., iPhone) using After Effects. • Adjust existing assets and optimize them for different formats and specifications, such as resizing, re-layouts, and localizations. • Comfortable working with After Effects for video localization and minor adjustments. • Maintain organized project files, with clearly labeled layers and assets for easy handoff.
