Senior Data Scientist – People Analytics

• Continue building data foundation across People domains (performance, departures, workforce planning, payroll, etc.). • Drive data literacy and data-informed mindset among our diverse People stakeholders. • Generate actionable insights - we want cohesive, meaningful analysis rather than standard metrics without purpose. • Create insight-driven dashboards that clearly communicate business progress and are intuitive to use (no design background needed, just effective data visualisation). • Make complex data simple by building data models that make diverse sources accessible and easy to work with. • Strengthen data governance across People Org and improve data quality through best practices implementation. • Partner with analytics engineers to streamline data flow from warehouse to downstream reporting, enabling more effective team collaboration. • Enable stakeholder success by working closely together to tackle immediate business challenges.

Job Requirements

  • You have strong SQL and data wrangling skills and are familiar with Snowflake or Redshift.
  • You have strong competency in translating business requirements into key business metrics and building reporting dashboards with visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • You have experience wrangling and analysing data using Python or R and bring a strong foundation in statistics or a STEM field.
  • You have strong communication skills - verbal and written - to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas.
  • Stakeholder management skills are vital in this role.
  • You have the ability to drive alignment with disparate stakeholders and rally them around a goal or vision.
  • You have experience across both highly integrated (e.g. Workday) ERPs and related HR platforms (eg: SmartRecruiters) is a nice to have.
  • You have hands-on experience using AI in your work to drive greater impact.
