• Define the end-to-end backend platform architecture, including core services, workflows, and system boundaries. • Establish architectural principles for transaction management, state consistency, durability, and fault tolerance. • Design and implement production-grade backend systems in Golang that handle real financial transactions. • Build systems that integrate cleanly with enterprise-grade external providers (payments, KYC, banking rails). • Ensure correctness under concurrency, partial failure, and distributed execution. • Collaborate with Product, Security, and Infrastructure stakeholders while maintaining architectural integrity.

• Own and operate enterprise SQL Server environments across production and non-production tiers • Standardize and automate database operational workflows • Diagnose and resolve complex SQL Server performance issues • Analyze and tune slow-running queries and reports • Provide on-call and incident response support for mission-critical database systems • Support migrations off legacy SQL Server versions • Develop and maintain standardized SQL Server configuration templates
