Actian
• Provide technical leadership during HCL Unica software implementations, upgrades and workshops. • Facilitate solution definition, design and implementation. • Technically supervise installation, upgrade, configuration, integration and performance tuning across the HCL Unica Suite. • Design integrations between Unica products and third-party applications. • Perform product installations and upgrades, including configuration of WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat and/or JBoss. • Perform initial system administration activities in Microsoft Windows, RedHat Linux, AIX operating systems. • Assist with product and services sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in solution design, integration, technical configuration, installation and trouble-shooting of Marketing Automation Frameworks like Unica, Adobe, Braze, Salesforce, etc.
- 4-year university degree.
- Knowledge and experience with HCL Unica Suite and supporting third-party components including web application layer, database and operating systems.
- Cloud Native experience across Helm Charts, Docker Containers and Kubernetes Clusters, as well as Cloud Hosted databases and knowledge of OpenShift is a plus.
- Experience installing Kafka and Kafka integrations is a plus.
- OpenShift experience.
