Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Workday reporting or HRIS analytics
  • Familiarity with Workday report types and calculated fields
  • Understanding of data governance principles, access controls, and privacy regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requests
