• designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge customer portals and architectures • Design and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly web portals for our Distributor, Branch and Dealer Customers • Develop and maintain the overall web architecture, ensuring optimal performance and functionality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Integrate various systems and APIs to create seamless user experiences • Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) for easy updates and management • Ensure web portals are responsive and compatible across multiple devices and browsers • Conduct regular security audits and implement best practices to protect user data • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in smart home and light commercial applications • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise

• Define and lead the architectural vision for Health & Benefits technology ecosystem • Influence architectural outcomes across a global enterprise • Own the end-to-end architectural vision across application platforms, APIs, data, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling • Define platform-first and cloud-native architecture principles • Champion DevOps as an operating model • Lead the transition to multi-region Active-Active architectures designed for zero downtime • Elevate user experience as a core architectural responsibility • Define architectural patterns for integrations with external systems • Lead the architectural vision for enterprise data platforms • Define and execute the AI platform strategy

• Collaborate with other professionals on project designs, ensuring innovative and aesthetically pleasing results. • Prepare detailed landscape design plans, drawings, and renderings under the guidance of the lead Landscape Architect. • Assist in the preparation and management of project proposals, budgets, and timelines. • Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients, and government agencies. • Identify ways to improve client communication, design, and production efforts. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the Landscape Architecture Department. • Stay updated on advanced landscape architecture techniques and technologies. • Participate in the development of thoughtful and sustainable landscape development projects. • Support and assist in training and mentoring staff as necessary. • Coordinate with administrative staff on project-related administrative needs and purchases. • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and evaluate their potential implementation. • Make a lasting difference in the community by designing thoughtful and sustainable development projects.
