Senior Data Scientist
Blanc Labs
• Partner with the AI Technical Product Manager to support data-driven decision-making across AI initiatives • Analyze datasets to assess the potential functional and business impact of proposed features • Define success metrics and measure post-implementation performance to evaluate actual impact • Provide actionable insights that inform product roadmap, prioritization, and ROI • Collaborate with ML Engineers to identify machine learning opportunities using proprietary datasets • Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) to validate product and AI feature effectiveness • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper usage across projects.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python or R, and strong SQL skills
- Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and product teams
- Familiarity with product analytics and measuring feature impact (e.g., KPI definition, funnel analysis)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and ML
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Nice-to-Have: Experience working with AI/ML teams or AI-powered products
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and identifying ML use cases
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Exposure to large-scale or proprietary datasets
- Experience in ROI modelling or business case development.
