Role Description To assist with FOIA coordination and processing support to ensure the timely delivery of responsive documents, supporting NOAA Fisheries. To provide interdisciplinary legal expertise related to program planning and oversight in a team environment, developing performance metrics, coordination within and across agency lines, and legal interpretation of pertinent policies and guidelines. Role Description Référent pour le service des thématiques de l'unité "Actes d'Urbanisme Mission d'Appui et Contrôles" sur lesquelles il appuie le responsable d'unité : - Pilotage de l'activité ADS, suivi des projets à enjeux et suivi de la dématérialisation de l'ADS. - Suivi de la mission de contrôle au sein du SUA et de sa coordination avec les autres services. - Suivi de la mission d'appui et du contrôle de légalité et de sa coordination avec le réseau préfectoral. - Suivi de la Convention de délégation de gestion du traitement de la fiscalité de l'urbanisme. Il participe, sous l'égide du Chef de service, à l'organisation et animation du travail au sein du service et à l'articulation des actions entre unités et avec les autres services de la DDTM qui vise notamment au développement, au sein de la DDTM, d'une approche globale et transversale des questions d'aménagement, d'urbanisme et de planifications.
