• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives • Work closely with product owners, development teams, and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions • Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs • Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset, and occasionally Power BI or Tableau • Create report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when needed • Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutions

• Analyze Large Strategic Accounts and purchasing trends • Build and maintain relationships with Large Strategic Accounts and Suppliers • Maintain inventory levels and work to move non-productive inventory • Develop solutions to tactical challenges related to procurement • Collaborate with Large Strategic Accounts Manager on opportunities and promotions • Participate in strategic decisions to increase profitability

• Understand drivers of business performance: analyze complex data sets using tools like Power BI, Excel and SQL to identify performance trends and deliver actionable insights to decision makers. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs in line with guidance from management and key stakeholders. • Respond to recurring and ad-hoc analytical requests from leadership, the Project Manager, and other key stakeholders. • Develop and maintain dynamic models to forecast business performance, incorporating data from multiple sources. • Identify workflow and reporting improvements to enhance automation, insight generation, and data visibility. • Provide analytics that support executive reporting and vendor oversight, highlighting SLA and workflow performance trends. • Maintain data validation protocols and document business rules and reporting logic to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency in reporting and dashboards. • Manage concurrent and competing priorities with support from management to deliver high quality and timely work product. • Promote NorthStar Anesthesia’s Core Values. • Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance. • Performs other duties as required.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SPM / ITBM modules • Work with stakeholders to manage strategic planning, demand, and portfolio management processes • Define and document requirements for investment planning, project portfolio management, and financial planning • Support implementation and configuration of SPM capabilities such as: Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Investment Funding & Financial Management, Resource & Capacity Planning • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows • Perform data analysis to support portfolio prioritization and decision-making • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution • Create dashboards and reports for executive-level portfolio visibility • Ensure alignment of SPM solutions with organizational strategy and governance models • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
