Growth Marketer

• Ownership and optimization of digital marketing channels (SEA, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Email marketing...) • Development of targeted campaigns for specific customer segments in the Belgian market • Design and execution of growth experiments to validate hypotheses and unlock new opportunities • Creation and testing of ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages that resonate with Belgian audiences • Data-driven optimization of campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI • Collaboration with design, content, Product, and Sales teams for integrated growth initiatives • Management of budget allocation, performance tracking, and reporting • Testing and validation of new channels and tactics as growth levers

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years in Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Growth Operations
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition strategies in B2B SaaS or tech companies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools (Metabase, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and budget management
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and sales collateral
  • Comfortable using marketing tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer.io, Figma, Webflow/Prismic
