Bookkeeping Specialist

Webflow

• Enter and post daily bank transactions into Business Central • Enter and post credit card transactions, ensuring proper coding • Prepare and post general journal entries with proper documentation • Prepare and post intercompany journal entries • Maintain supporting documentation for all entries • Assist with month end close activities • Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S. based companies
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience entering and posting bank transactions and credit card transactions
  • Experience preparing and posting general ledger journal entries
  • Experience with intercompany journal entries and reconciliations
  • Strong understanding of general ledger structure and accounting principles
  • Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred)
  • Good to have: Jet Reporting experience
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Experience working in an offshore accounting support role
  • Experience supporting multiple entities
  • Experience with Intercompany accounting
  • Experience working with U.S. GAAP
