• Take full ownership of Google Ads and/or Bing Ads accounts for DTC eCommerce brands, driving scalable growth • Build, optimise, and continuously refine Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns aligned to clear ROAS targets • Plan and execute Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns to fuel upper- and mid-funnel acquisition • Track and optimise performance against CAC and ROAS benchmarks • Analyse attribution and campaign performance using tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and GA4 • Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights using Excel or Google Sheets • Partner with creative, CRO, and growth teams to enhance campaign effectiveness • Develop concise, insight-led reports and data visualisations for stakeholders • Run ongoing testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnel structures to unlock incremental growth
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for DTC eCommerce brands
- Demonstrated success running and optimising Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns
- Strong grasp of CAC, ROAS, and profitability-driven growth strategies
- Experience executing Demand Gen, YouTube, and full-funnel paid media campaigns
- Working knowledge of Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and/or GA4
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Analytical thinker with experience interpreting and visualising performance data
- Thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with **Bing Ads**
- Background working with high-spend DTC ad accounts ($50k+/month)
- CRO or landing page optimisation exposure
