• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven insurance products and experimental features • Own end-to-end delivery of prototypes and MVPs in a scrappy, fast-paced labs environment • Turn ambiguous product ideas into working demos by collaborating with product, solution architects, and domain experts • Leverage AI tools (LLMs, copilots, code generators) to accelerate development and explore novel approaches • Build full-stack applications with usable UIs, robust APIs, and integrations with third-party services • Make pragmatic tradeoff decisions between speed and maintainability, knowing when prototypes need hardening • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) to support rapid experimentation • Communicate clearly about technical risks, feasibility, and what's realistically achievable in short timeframes • Collaborate across functions with limited hand-holding, bringing ideas to life with minimal direction • Help define what "production-ready" looks like when prototypes transition to the core platform

• Responsible for extending the new software platform as a full stack developer (Backend in C++, Front end based on Web Technologies) • Work as part of a global R&D team supporting our Advantage software product development. • Setting up software designs, implementation of code and test of the overall system in close collaboration with the hardware and testing teams. • Creation of new features in the existing architecture. • Contribute to architectural improvements. • Contribute to and maintaining the function domain and technology roadmap. • Coaching your colleagues.

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, analysis, and visualization of geospatial data to support organizational decision-making, planning, and operations • Applies geographic information systems (GIS) technology to collect, manage, analyze, and present spatial and non-spatial data in support of projects across departments • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver accurate, high-quality mapping products and spatial analysis that drive strategic and operational outcomes • Collaborates with IT teams to support GIS server environments, web services, and enterprise systems • Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security

• Architect & Build: Lead the development of scalable services and rich frontend experiences across our Simulation, Diagnostic, and Insights domains. • Drive Growth: Own features directly tied to our North Star Metric (Same Store Growth), ensuring that our tools provide measurable value to dental practices. • Collaborate: Work closely with Product, Design, and Clinical experts to translate complex dental workflows into intuitive software. • Mentor: Act as a technical leader, leveling up the engineers around you through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices. • Full-Stack Ownership: Contribute across our stack (TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL) to deliver end-to-end features.
