Staff Frontend Engineer

• Build, ship and own major parts of the product UI in React + Next.js • Design and optimize interactive experiences that make complex workflows simple • Work closely with product, design and backend to ensure seamless integration and clarity • Contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility and responsiveness across browsers • Help define our frontend system and component library as we scale • Elevate the quality of the product through thoughtful details
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React (Next.js a strong plus)
- Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript: scoping, closures, context, prototypes, classes, etc
- Strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility and usability principles
- Experience building and testing APIs; comfort with HTTP, Postman, and debugging
- Clear product thinking, eye for polish and attention to design details
- Pragmatic mindset: you move forward fast
- Curiosity and autonomy - you dig in, learn fast and solve problems without waiting
- Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication.
