• Lead full-stack development of enterprise applications from concept to deployment • Take full ownership of features, including planning, implementation, and monitoring • Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks such as tRPC • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization) • Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL + Prisma or Drizzle ORM) • Implement secure authentication and authorization systems • Develop real-time features using WebSockets and event-driven architecture • Write comprehensive tests to maintain high-quality code standards • Identify and solve critical issues proactively before they impact the product

• Design and build features for platforms used internally and by external customers • Develop both backend services and frontend components across our tech stack • Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and related services • Create micro-frontends and embeddable web components • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to increase productivity and code quality • Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing team • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction • Ensure code quality through testing and peer review

• Code, test, debug, document, and ship and maintain software applications using established coding standards and methodologies • Designing and building out API’s that will be consumed by the UI to surface application data. • Partner with product management to drive agile delivery of both existing and new products based on project requirements, UX design, and industry best practices • Ensure new software meets quality standards by writing unit and end-to-end automated tests • Work with product, data, and other stakeholders to analyze usage and product metrics to inform key strategic decisions • Troubleshoot, debug, resolve product issues as they arise • Work cross functionally to resolve complex partner problems • Ensure platform and services meet SLA requirements; on call rotation for production issues, along with the rest of engineering
