Nevis

• Own the relationship with Nevis’ actual daily users, from onboarding to power-user award. • Build processes and tools to monitor and drive engagement with our products. • Research all the possible ways in which Nevis works and does not work for our customers. • Document and introduce new products and features to customers. • Collect, structure and deliver insightful product feedback to stakeholders. • Provide relevant insights to help founders and team prioritize at all levels.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or in client-facing roles within high-growth tech companies.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional EQ: empathic, thoughtful and to the point.
  • Practical problem-solver.
  • Obsession with productivity - Both personal and professional.
  • Enjoy spending time with others and helping them do their best work.
  • Excited about the Wealth Management industry.
