Goodway Group
• The Analytics and Data Insights team is an integrated part of our campaign offering. It is our role to drive measurement strategy, pull data, analyze results and provide insights and recommendations within all reporting deliverables. • As a function of data strategy, we integrate with Data Science on advance analytics projects and pair with our planning and research teams to provide relevant data and analysis. • Data analysts will work closely with their client teams against a book of business aligning to the LOBs within Goodway. • You will be expected to be proficient in our data and reporting tools including SQL, Sigma, Redash, GA4, Google Campaign Manager and others. • 100% individual contributor, supporting client teams and Goodway analytics team • Develop technology skills, tools and actively learning new ones to apply them to client engagement • Communicates effectively with analysts; produces work that generally meets GWG standards • Collaborate with other analysts to ensure high quality of output for all work • Help procure pitch content and use supplemental data sources (YouGov) to dive deeper into audience behavior. • Engages with internal client team to support client needs. Can communicate on client calls as needed. • The analyst roles focus on learning your functional and technology foundation. Your role is to get comfortable with our data structure, database and reporting systems. • Ongoing growth and development opportunities will be available as your knowledge grows and you begin to collaborate and contribute to client communication. • As you grow, demonstrate a deeper understanding of your client work through the use of supplemental data sources to understand audience and customer behavior beyond media engagement metrics • Assist with planning through historical data and grow media/platform knowledge • Deliver zero error work with a focus on capturing and demonstrating knowledge of our data platforms and visualization • Pair with media team and other analysts to align data story against media strategy and understand the story • Maintain rigor against deliverables and collaboration, supplement data through 3rd party data sources • Determine dashboard requirements and work with leads to define build requirements and resources • Deliver recommendations based on media data and partner with media teams to identify opportunities for new executions • Execute tests and deliver results
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable: Undergraduate degree or equivalent training in marketing data analysis, math, statistics, or a similar technical subject area is required.
- Previous analytics-focused experience (3-5 years) is required
- Previous experience in digital advertising or ad-tech industry is preferred
- Previous experience and knowledge of proper handling of customer information (healthcare, legal, financial industries) preferred
- Previous client-side (advertiser) and/or agency - engagement experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL is required; experience with or a desire to learn Python and comfort operating in a Linux OS environment is preferred
- Familiarity and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Domo, Looker) is required

Role Description Applied Digital is seeking a highly skilled Data Center UPS – Operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee and optimize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our data center UPS infrastructure. This role provides deep technical expertise in UPS technologies (e.g., online double-conversion, line-interactive, standby, modular, battery-backed), power quality, battery management, and integration with generators, switchgear, and critical loads. The SME supports design, installation, commissioning, preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and ensure compliance in high-availability environments like data centers, hospitals, telecom, industrial plants, and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities - Act as the go-to technical expert for all UPS-related matters, including system architecture, sizing, redundancy (e.g., N+1, 2N), runtime calculations, and fault analysis. - Lead or support preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, battery testing/replacement, firmware updates, and major component replacements (e.g., rectifiers, inverters, static switches). - Troubleshoot complex UPS failures, power quality issues (harmonics, transients, voltage sags), and integration problems with downstream equipment. - Develop, review, and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance protocols, and training materials. - Deliver hands-on training and certification programs for technicians, engineers, and operations staff on UPS operation, safety, and best practices. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on incidents, recommend improvements, and contribute to reliability enhancements (e.g., predictive maintenance using monitoring software). - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEEE, NFPA 70, UL 1778, IEC 62040, OSHA, local electrical codes). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical engineers, data center ops, vendors, procurement) on new UPS deployments, upgrades, capacity planning, and vendor evaluations. - Analyze system performance data, KPIs (e.g., MTBF, availability, efficiency), and monitoring tools (e.g., SNMP, BMS integration) to drive optimizations. - Provide emergency on-call support for critical UPS failures and participate in disaster recovery planning. Qualifications - Experience: 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with uninterruptible power supply systems, including installation, service, and advanced troubleshooting in critical power environments. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electronics, or related equivalent field experience preferred. - Certifications: Preferred – Manufacturer-specific (e.g., Schneider APC, Eaton, Vertiv/Liebert, CyberPower); relevant industry certs like Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), NFPA 70E (electrical safety), or battery/UPS-specific training. Knowledge & Skills - In-depth expertise in UPS topologies, battery technologies (VRLA, lithium-ion, wet cell), power electronics, and paralleling/redundancy configurations. - Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, generators, ATS, and harmonics mitigation. - Proficiency with UPS diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal imaging, battery impedance testers, and monitoring software. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder interaction. - Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and OEM manuals. Physical Requirements - Able to remain in a seated position for an extended period and to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
