• Efficiently manage your client's daily schedule and priorities to assist them in achieving their ambitious aspirations. • Take charge of calendar management and scheduling. • Engage in research and formulate plans to facilitate your client's personal and professional growth. • Exhibit initiative to pleasantly surprise and gratify your client. • Establish strong relationships within your client's network and team, actively aiding in the management of these vital connections. • Lead the way in handling internal and external communications, crafting presentations, generating reports, and managing social media engagements. • Assist with drafting and editing of documents, including memos, presentations, and reports, ensuring that they are professional and well-structured. • Handle confidential information; act as a liaison between executives and other staff. • Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and prepare expense reports.

Job Requirements

  • A suitable work-from-home space
