RTB House
• Support engineering and business teams by keeping priorities clear, tasks organized, and communication flowing. • Maintain structured, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring plans, progress, and key information are easy to follow. • Organize tasks in project management tools (Jira, Asana), track deadlines, and follow up to keep projects moving. • Ensure the projects you manage are aligned with departmental and company OKRs. • Build good working relationships across teams and roles, translating between different perspectives and helping everyone stay on the same page.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a tech company in a role such as project coordination, business analysis, marketing, sales, or another role involving cross-team collaboration.
- Problem-solving attitude, prioritization skills, and curiosity to grow in the field of project management.
- General understanding of how tech companies operate.
- Experience with task/project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Polish (C1) and English (B2) – you will have to write and upkeep documentation in English.

As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate operations across our client and event properties, with a primary focus on field operations. You will help lead events alongside external partners and industry leaders for the Rivals Camp Series, Jr. NBA Global Championship, MLB Pitch Hit & Run, Jr. Home Run Derby, NAIA Showcases, and NFL FLAG Football tournaments. What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities): - Assist the RCX Sports Events department with all aspects of event field operations, including equipment coordination and shipping, producing and distributing travel coordination plans and event itineraries, and preparing event materials - Collaborate with the RCX Sports Events management team to coordinate 1099 event staff, interns, and volunteers for all RCX Sports events - Support Events management with on-site station setup and oversight - Serve as a primary stakeholder in the Events inventory process to ensure each event is properly equipped to deliver an elite experience for RCX Sports Events attendees - Assist with events email inbox management, including outbound event promotion, registration communications, and RCX Sports Events customer support - Prepare and analyze data for RCX Sports event properties and provide finalized reports to RCX Sports management and executive teams - Coordinate with facilities and vendors as needed to support event execution (including securing rentals, coordinating with facilities, and supporting event schedule creation) - Support collaboration with external partners (including NFL clubs and other stakeholders) to ensure event logistics and communication stay on track - Assist with the conceptualization of event integrations and collaborate with internal partners to execute key initiatives - Routinely move event materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds - Provide support for additional responsibilities and special projects related to advancing RCX Sports Events properties, as assigned What you’ll bring: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required) - Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds - Availability to work weekends or travel based on event dates - Working knowledge of event operations (preferred) - Experience as a college athlete or coach (preferred) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners - Demonstrated ability to think critically under pressure, with experience managing multiple tasks across systems and deadlines - Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet deadlines - Self-starter mindset, with a passion for enhancing youth sports across the country - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) - Passion for working collaboratively in a team environment More about the role: - Travel: 65% of the time or more - Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday with frequent weekends and some nights - Compensation Structure: Expected starting salary - $48,500-$51,500/year.
