• Develop and execute upgrade plans for each product, including timing, risk assessments, mitigation strategies, rollback procedures, and handling of customizations or integrations for Release Management. • Execute Github Actions Pipelines as part of the upgrade deployment, following the SDLC. • Coordinate release planning and execution: schedule releases, track dependencies, run Go/No-Go reviews, communicate status, and document release notes/changelogs. • Proactively identify, recruit, and manage “canary” and “early-adopter” environments/customers to validate releases in real-world conditions. • Work closely with the DevOps team and collaborate to improve release velocity, reduce toil, and adopt progressive delivery techniques. • Monitor and drive improvements in key adoption metrics: percentage of customers on the latest version, average time-to-upgrade, upgrade success rate, feature utilization rates, and reduction in post-upgrade support tickets.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a technical operations, release management, or customer-success-adjacent technical role (e.g., Release Manager, Release Engineer, Technical Operations, Solutions Engineer, DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of modern software delivery practices: CI/CD pipelines, continuous delivery, feature flags, canary/blue-green/rolling deployments, automated testing, and rollback strategies.
- Intermediate SQL skills including writing and executing UPDATE/INSERT/DELETE statements, performing data corrections using joins and subqueries, managing transactions and temporary tables, validating data with aggregate queries, and ensuring data integrity and performance in operational environments.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics and reporting via Grafana utilizing dashboards and automated reporting) required.
- Demonstrated ownership of high-visibility recurring deliverables, such as weekly executive reports, adoption metrics tracking, or release coordination.
- Experience driving product adoption through upgrades, managing release processes in a SaaS environment, and identifying/resolving systemic upgrade issues highly desirable.
- Ability to translate technical risks and challenges into actionable internal insights and priorities.
- Strong internal communication skills for working effectively with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Position Overview Responsible for managing contact center operations activities including day-to-day site operations and workforce management for one or more accounts / programs / LOB's that contribute to the acquisition, satisfaction and retention of client contracts/agreements. Acts as the primary contact for client and project delivery standards and maintains cordial working relations with them. Ensures achievement of service levels, key performance indicators, business objectives and financial targets stipulated by clients and the company through active coordination with various Operations and Support teams (i.e Human Resources, Facilities, I.T., Finance, Training, Quality, Continuous Improvement, etc.). Ensures that all program/account processes and procedures are adhered to and that individual/global metrics are consistently improving. • Review daily CSR needs, match reporters by geography/format, and update tracking systems. • Act as the primary liaison with reporters & agencies, maintaining performance records and contractual details. • Confirm reporters, share event details (Zoom links, locations, notices), and provide day-of support. • Resolve urgent issues such as late/no-show reporters or technical problems in real time. • Own the "top of funnel" for new reporters; guide them through the platform signup, verify credentials, and provide the training/support needed to ensure they take their first jobs successfully. • Maintain logs of reporter timeliness, attendance, and communication. • Collaborate with product/engineering teams to inform enhancements to reporting tools and processes.
