Role Description В нашу спільноту ми шукаємо Full-Stack Web розробника, який бажає долучитися до розвитку корпоративного вебсайту компанії, а також тісно взаємодіяти з маркетинговою командою й нашою Chief Marketing Officer, яка сприяє досягненню амбітних результатів нашого маркетинг-департаменту. З нами ти зможеш: - Розвивати та підтримувати headless WordPress архітектуру; - Оптимізовувати продуктивність вебсайту (особливо mobile); - Реалізувати lazy loading та частковий рендеринг; - Покращувати Core Web Vitals та Lighthouse score; - Займатися реалізацією технічного SEO; - Підтримувати зовнішні інтеграції (форми, webhooks, API); - Забезпечувати безпеку та стабільність роботи сайту; - Підтримувати CI/CD процеси; - Брати участь у редизайні та покращенні UX з технічної сторони; - Через 1–2 роки — ініціювати архітектурні покращення, якщо це буде доцільно. Qualifications - Від 3 років досвіду з WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API); - Впевнене знання PHP 8+; - Англійську мову на рівні Intermediate+ (B1+); - Досвід роботи з headless CMS підходом; - Сильні знання JavaScript (ES6+); - Досвід роботи з Tailwind CSS та Webpack; - Практичний досвід оптимізації performance (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP); - Розуміння технічного SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability); - Досвід роботи з REST API інтеграціями (HubSpot або подібні); - Розуміння web security best practices (OWASP базові принципи); - Досвід роботи з Git та CI/CD; - Досвід A/B тестування для оцінки ефективності змін і оптимізації продукту; - Вміння працювати в Agile/Scrum процесах та ефективно вести задачі в трекінгових системах; - Вміння ефективно співпрацювати між технічною та маркетинговою командами, переводячи бізнес-завдання у технічні рішення; - Орієнтацію на результат та вміння доводити проєкти до виконання у встановлені терміни. Requirements - Досвід роботи з CDN; - Досвід server-side tracking; - Розуміння сучасних frontend-підходів (SSR, SSG, Edge rendering); - Досвід роботи з Nginx; - Базове розуміння Docker. • Be the main liaison with software vendor(s) for systems utilized by a particular line of business. • Stay abreast of upcoming changes and enhancements in vendor’s software and how those changes will impact the business. • Work with the line of business to design solutions to incorporate software changes and effectively work with business partners to ensure effective implementation. • Design and implement new features while continuously improving quality of technical products and applications. • Provide technical knowledge and leadership as a developer on an agile squad. • Work collaboratively with other software engineers to define system architectures and design solutions. • Develop software meeting code quality standards and metrics. • Participate in communities of practice by contributing to and following standards, reviewing others code, and sharing knowledge. • Achieve operational excellence by automating processes and writing maintainable, supportable, and testable code. • Understand the business technology roadmap and make recommendations on continued utilization or elimination of current third party software solutions. • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for your team’s products and services. • Contribute to the definition of operational procedures for software development. • Maintain appropriate controls and documentation to ensure compliance of audit requirements. • Other duties as assigned.

• Design, implement, test, and maintain software components using Python and C/C++. • Implement architectural designs and technical patterns defined by senior engineers and software architects. • Develop and maintain systems that ingest, transform, validate, and serve radar and weather data products. • Own well-defined features or services from development through deployment and operational support. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets performance, reliability, and quality standards. • Participate in technical design discussions and provide implementation-focused input on proposed solutions. • Work cross-functionally with product managers and scientists to translate domain-specific requirements into technical solutions. • Contribute to peer code reviews and shared engineering best practices.
