• Develop, configure, and optimize customer experience journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). • Create and manage complex segmentations, audiences, triggers, orchestrations, and personalizations. • Configure and monitor omnichannel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app notifications, etc.). • Implement dynamic personalization rules using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). • Integrate data from multiple sources to enrich profiles and improve campaign effectiveness. • Perform troubleshooting, performance analysis, and continuous optimizations. • Collaborate with marketing, technology, and product squads. • Ensure compliance with best practices and data governance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), especially:
  • Real-Time Customer Data Platform (Real-Time CDP)
  • Schema and data modeling
  • Edge profiles
  • Sources and destinations
  • Experience in journey orchestration and building omnichannel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of APIs, event-driven architectures, and integrations with external systems.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and email templates (desirable for multichannel deliveries).
  • Ability to work with data, audience rules, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
