• Support Operations, application development teams, and production support teams (Db2, CICS, etc.) • Ensure non-disruptive installations of system and program products • Adherent to organizational change management policies • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new products • Plan and execute z/OS installation, configuration, and upgrades • Install and maintain SAS and BMC IOA Control products (Control-M/D, Strobe, etc.)

• Developing mobile applications for iOS and Android using cross-platform frameworks • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on quality and scalability • Implementing automated testing and participate in code reviews • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Integrating mobile applications with backend systems and cloud services • Staying current with emerging mobile technologies and best practices

• Support the development of backend applications in Node.js/TypeScript, Java and Golang (lower priority). • Contribute to the advancement of user interfaces in ReactJS and VueJS (Quasar Framework). • Assist with API integrations under supervision. • Participate in the maintenance/support of applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift. • Support queries and operations in Oracle and MongoDB databases.

• Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution • Weekly script updates which include thorough QA testing of all key scripts • Create and maintain documentation • Assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction support as needed • Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features, operational processes and capabilities where applicable to promote standardization and efficiency. • Recommend new solutions and processes needed to meet team, client, reporting & operational goals. • Work with stakeholders to identify the business needs. • Determine the best approach for delivery. • Communicate regularly and effectively on the status of all current projects. • Respond proactively and in a timely manner, in adherence to department service levels to service requests, project updates and agreed upon requests for information. • Conduct and/or participate in meetings to provide an overview of systems and integration processes and technology as needed including the preparation of documentation as required. • Providing administrative and technical assistance to training team/operations.
