POSITION SUMMARY Hiring for a Pacific Standard Timezone Territory The Patient Coordinator plays a critical inside sales role in driving the success of Natera’s Oncology product lines. This position is responsible for managing and growing patient relationships while directly contributing to revenue through proactive outreach, pipeline development, and ongoing engagement. As a primary point of contact for patients, the Patient Coordinator partners closely with Field Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders to execute territory strategies, advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, and ensure timely testing and repeat utilization. This role blends customer advocacy with inside sales execution, requiring strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to connect daily activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
