• Work daily in ServiceNow to handle incidents and requests related to the Network area. • Monitor corporate network performance, identifying and addressing critical issues. • Perform analysis and troubleshooting in complex environments involving network protocols and equipment from multiple vendors. • Collaborate with global teams, requiring technical communication in English. • Operate and manage environments with L2/L3 equipment, Wi‑Fi, Cisco, Fortinet, as well as security and proxy resources. • Work in OCI, AWS and Azure environments, ensuring connectivity, security and proper functioning of integrations. • Open and follow up on incidents with carriers and suppliers, ensuring resolution within SLA timelines. • Collaborate with internal teams on continuous improvements and the evolution of network infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Experience in NOC environments and daily use of ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of: TCP/IP, DNS, OSPF, BGP, SNMP.
- L2/L3 equipment.
- Wi‑Fi networks.
- Security on Cisco and Fortinet platforms.
- Proxy environments, OCI, AWS and Azure.
- Security protocols and frameworks: 802.1X (Dot1x), MAB, Site-to-Site VPNs, SSL, IPsec (IKEv1, IKEv2).
- Ability to communicate technically in English (basic/intermediate).
- Familiarity with tools such as ThousandEyes, Splunk and NNMi is desirable.
- Higher education in Technology (in progress or completed).
- Basic to intermediate English focused on technical communication.
- Analytical profile, proactivity and ability to act under pressure in critical environments.

Job Summary: The Partner Integration Service Desk Analyst III provides front-line technical support for Mergers and Acquisition Integrations by responding to incidents and requests reported by M&A users. The Senior Manager of Laboratory Technology will be responsible for the implementation, operation, and ongoing optimization of laboratory-specific technology systems supporting a new, stand-alone laboratory and company wholly owned by Mayo Collaborative Services (MCS). Reporting to the IT Director, this role plays a critical part in building laboratory technology capabilities in a new laboratory environment, while maintaining alignment with Mayo governance, security, and quality standards during early operations. This role has primary accountability for laboratory technology platforms, including laboratory information systems, middleware, instrument integrations, data flows, and laboratory-specific applications. Technology services will be delivered through close collaboration with the Mayo Collaborative Services technology team and managed service provider relationships, with responsibility for system reliability, regulatory compliance, validation, and alignment with laboratory workflows.
