• Develop new screens using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SASS following industry best practices • Analyze proposed requirements and develop interfaces and features • Contribute to the evolution of the CMS, CRM and marketing solutions • Resolve technical debt and tickets • Identify bottlenecks and performance improvements on our pages • Ensure our interfaces provide good usability, responsiveness and performance • Research, propose and develop new technical solutions for the marketing team.

• Your time will be divided between leading cross-functional technical projects, building and reviewing architectures. • You’ll be setting and driving coding standards, technical processes, and tooling across engineering. • You’ll drive AI tool adoption across Engineering. • You'll prioritize and work on multiple projects from start to finish, balancing quality, stability and project delivery. • Through code reviews and mentoring, you'll set a high-quality bar. You’ll also actively look for ways to improve the overall quality of our codebase. • You'll work across teams to promote an open, collaborative approach to architecture, technical patterns, and complex problem-solving.

• Drive delivery of the entire application development lifecycle of product features, including coding, debugging, architecture strategy, and product improvements • Lead code/design reviews to ensure smooth project execution and accurate planning • Ensure proper level of testing coverage across features and functions with a test first mindset • Collaborates across engineering, product, and design to gather and address technical and design requirements • Liaise with developers, designers, and product managers to identify new areas for improving product features • Build reusable code and libraries for future use • Enhance development tools and test coverage to improve the overall efficiency of our front-end platform • Accountable for overall application health and monitoring of our platform including escalating to proactively address customer facing issues • Own, troubleshoot, and drive client issues to resolution, including new and existing features • Conduct interviews with potential candidates • Optimize user experiences by considering performance, accessibility, and responsiveness in the development process
