- Conduct 100–140 outbound calls daily to prospective customers in the US market - Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting - Use phone, email, and LinkedIn/social selling to engage decision-makers - Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team - Research target companies and contacts to personalize outreach - Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in the CRM - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales representative
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calling (100+ calls per day)
- Excellent spoken and written US English communication skills
- Strong confidence speaking with US-based prospects
- Experience with social selling and LinkedIn outreach preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Highly organized, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work US hours from the Philippines
- Stable internet connection and remote work setup

Role Overview As a BDR you will be on the front line of our client's growth.
