• Conduct multichannel outbound prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp Business) • Strategically qualify leads and hand them off to the sales team with relevant insights to support closing • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers until conversion • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales closers • Manage pipeline, activities, and interactions in the CRM (Kommo) • Meet weekly and monthly prospecting and opportunity-generation targets, focusing on performance and predictability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields
  • Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, pre-sales, or in consultative sales
  • Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication style
  • Knowledge of sales funnel concepts and outbound prospecting techniques
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong results orientation, high execution pace, and a hunger for continuous learning.

The Sales Development Representative will generate leads for the Enterprise Sales team by engaging large trucking fleets through various outbound, inbound, and marketing efforts.
