Job Requirements

About the role: As a Principal Supplier Performance Engineer, you will prioritize personal, industrial, and nuclear safety as a fundamental part of your job. Your responsibilities will include leading assigned cost reduction and new product projects, de-risking new suppliers through technical assessments and development, and supporting the resolution of supplier issues and negative performance trends. Additionally, you will implement performance improvements and lead the resolution of complex quality/technical issues. Key Responsibilities: - Strengthen Nuclear Safety Culture Traits and Human Performance Tools at Westinghouse and with our suppliers - Lead supplier development and qualification activities for new products and cost reduction efforts.
