Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Project Management Professional (PMP)** certification
- Minimum **10 years of experience** supporting large corporations or government agencies
- Demonstrated experience **planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing complex programs**
- Proven ability to manage programs within **integrated healthcare systems**
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years of experience** managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar healthcare-related programs
- 5+ years supporting VHA** or similarly large healthcare systems (e.g., systems with 15+ medical centers)
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare environments** relevant to program objectives
- Familiarity with **VISN structures, VA medical center operations**, and federal healthcare program requirements
- Experience driving **innovation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives** in healthcare settings

Position Overview Ibility is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level healthcare initiatives in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role goes beyond traditional program oversight. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can translate high-level mission objectives into actionable, human-centered programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, guiding program execution while driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple projects and teams.
