• As Senior Project Manager, support the Managing Director in leading and managing several multi-year initiatives within CCC’s strategic project portfolio. • Lead the delivery of CPP’s strategic project exploring investment opportunities in Canada’s circular plastics economy. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project partners, funders, research teams, and consultants. • Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and resource requirements. • Coordinate research project activities with partners and consultants, manage and review deliverables. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, funders, and stakeholders. • Support the planning, administration, and execution of events and activities.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, stakeholder relations, or related role
  • Previous business development, communications, design, systems thinking, and consulting experience is an asset, including report writing and/or proposal writing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience working with circular economy and materials management stakeholders across construction, real estate industry, government, non-profit, and academia
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize research and manage research related processes
  • Experience planning and hosting virtual and in-person workshops and meetings, including agenda setting and coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and execute with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with remote, geographically distributed teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
