• Own the day-to-day planning and execution of our OS development. • Support our in-house team and coordinate with our remote development partner. • Keep both our releases on schedule, ensuring each deliverable meets our high quality and simplicity standards. • Drive alignment and execution across engineering, design, QA, and external partners to deliver platform milestones with clarity and urgency. • Lead the planning and tracking of our OS releases – including major quarterly releases and updates. • Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming; define milestones and set clear agendas for weekly leadership review meetings. • Maintain execution momentum by keeping deliverables on track, upholding sprint cadences, and ensuring team accountability to commitments. • Act as a communications hub by aggregating issues and feedback from Slack and our Facebook community, and ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and informed. • Maintain project tools (Jira, Notion): keep sprint boards updated, ensure feature specs and processes are documented in Notion, and organize all tracking systems. • Promote team alignment and stakeholder visibility by providing regular status updates and helping structure effective collaboration across all groups.

• Independently lead one large, complex project in a full-time capacity or multiple mid-size complex projects simultaneously comprised of cross-functional Horizontal team members. • Consult on delivery strategies to ensure success, including frameworks, tools, processes, etc. Drive agile and product delivery methods wherever possible. • Create and manage detailed project plans based on the delivery methodology/framework chosen, project scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies. • Proactively manage your project budgets to ensure the work we’re planning to deliver can be accomplished within the approved budget. • Proactively identify project risks and build mitigation plans in an ongoing RAID log. • Be the primary point of contact for clients in delivery to not only deliver consistent status, communicate risks, and manage deliverables – but also to build strong client relationships and be seen as a delivery leader and consultant. • Fully understand the scope of work being delivered and consult with the team and client to manage to it consistently. • Hold expert-level knowledge of standard PM tools, including Smartsheet and Atlassian suite (Jira; Confluence). • Lead a team of globally distributed cross-functional Horizontal designers, strategists, technologists, etc. to understand client objectives and successfully deliver solutions that achieve them. • Actively participate in initiatives that uplevel and mature the Horizontal Delivery team. • Mentor junior program managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

This position may be fully remote or based anywhere in the Wilmington Trust | M&T footprint Overview: Negotiates transaction deal documents and facilitates deal closings in a timely manner for mostly mid-tier and could negotiate some large-tier Global Capital Markets (GCM) clients. Primary Responsibilities: Negotiate and close transactions in which Wilmington Trust serves in a Trustee capacity as well as other complementary roles and products. Serve as client-facing centralized deal manager for transactions for internal operational and support groups. • Enforce adherence to company policies, utility safety rules, and the Electrical Safety Manual. • Ensure projects comply with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all project teams. • Lead lessons-learned reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with utility standards and contractual requirements. • Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale substation, transmission, and distribution projects, from early development and interconnection through construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout. • Serves as a technical, financial, and leadership authority for complex HV projects. • Acts as a primary interface with utility owners, interconnecting utilities, EPC partners, and regulatory stakeholders. • Perform all responsibilities of a Project Manager while providing strategic oversight for multiple concurrent HV projects. • Direct and mentor Project Managers, APM’s., Project Engineers, and Project Support Staff. • Establish project execution strategies aligned with contract scope, utility standards, and company objectives. • Mentor Project Engineers, Project Admins, and other junior level employees. • Lead internal and external coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations. • Support the auditing of project budgets with Director support. • Support the auditing of project schedules with Director support. • Support negotiations of project contract exhibits with owner. • Negotiate Change Orders with Client and Subcontractors. • Serve as the primary point of contact with interconnecting utilities throughout construction and commissioning. • Manage interconnection-related activities, including: Utility coordination meetings, Interconnection agreements and scope alignment, Protection & control requirements, Utility inspections and approvals, Project Reviews. • Own P6 scheduling responsibility. • Coordinate protection and control scope, ensuring alignment with relay settings, communication architecture, and utility requirements. • Oversee SCADA integration, including: RTU/IED installation, Point-to-point testing, Utility control center coordination. • Manage fiber, communications, and telemetry integration as part of substation and line projects. • Assist team with testing and commissioning planning and execution, including: Equipment functional testing, Relay testing and end-to-end testing, SCADA checkout, Pre-energization reviews. • Coordinate energization activities with utilities, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure all commissioning documentation, redlines, and turnover packages are complete and approved. • Support negotiation of contract exhibits, scope clarifications, and commercial terms with owners. • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, insurance, bonding, and regulatory obligations. • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company at executive-level project meetings.
