Position Overview: The Scrum Master will play a key role in supporting the Finance Transformation program by enabling Agile delivery practices across ERP rollout projects, BAU evolutives, and change requests (CRs). The role ensures backlog visibility, delivery cadence, and process governance using Jira, driving consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across Core Finance and Technology teams. Key Responsibilities: Agile Delivery: Lead and coach teams in Agile principles to ensure consistent and predictable delivery of ERP rollout and BAU initiatives. Backlog Management: Coordinate backlog refinement and prioritization together with Product Owners and Project Managers, ensuring clear scope definition, acceptance criteria, and sprint readiness. Jira Governance: Maintain and optimize Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards to provide full visibility of backlog, sprint progress, blockers, and KPIs. Ceremony Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and grooming sessions across rollout and BAU/CR streams. BAU & CR Coordination: Support planning and delivery of continuous improvements and change requests, ensuring proper documentation and tracking in Jira. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparent communication on sprint goals, progress, dependencies, and risks to Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process enhancements, automation, and delivery optimizations across all Finance Transformation projects. Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Technical Leads (Integration, Data, SysAdmin) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Risk & Dependency Tracking: Identify and escalate risks and dependencies impacting sprint or release outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead. - Proven experience in ERP rollout projects, BAU operations, and Change Request (CR) delivery cycles. - Strong hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting). - Deep understanding of backlog management and Agile delivery governance. - Knowledge of ERP, Finance processes and integrations - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) preferred. - Experience with Power BI or similar tools for sprint metrics and reporting is a plus.
