• Lead the design, integration, and evolution of our enterprise virtual assistant • Focus on the Moveworks platform as a core capability, integrating it with enterprise systems such as Workday, Concur, and ServiceNow • Automate support workflows and improve employee experience • Translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technical architectures • Partner closely with IT operations, service owners, and business stakeholders to define use cases • Establish governance and drive adoption of conversational AI and automation • Provide technical leadership across design and delivery, including architecture reviews and hands-on guidance

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding them through the evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform. • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with meaningful outcomes. • Lead impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling that clearly articulate value and build confidence across technical and executive audiences. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach. • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements. • Develop high-quality enablement of content demos, videos, architectural diagrams, and training assets to support internal teams and partners. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and exceptional customer experience. • Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management based on customer needs, technical gaps, and emerging market trends. • Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate measurable technical and business value, ensuring alignment with stakeholder outcomes. • Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, including beta features, upcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices. • Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Technical Architect to lead integration architecture design, implementation, and governance across enterprise systems. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define integration strategies, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions on the Anypoint Platform. Responsibilities - Design and lead end-to-end integration architecture using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Define and enforce API-led connectivity strategies and integration best practices - Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Lead discovery, design, and documentation of integration solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments - Oversee development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle - Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and security standards are met - Manage and optimize Anypoint Platform environments including CloudHub and Runtime Fabric - Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, SOW development, and client presentations - Mentor junior developers and consultants on MuleSoft best practices Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - Proven experience in designing API-led integration solutions (Experience, Process, and System APIs) - Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, and messaging protocols (JMS, AMQP, Kafka) - Experience with DataWeave 2.0 for complex data transformations - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for MuleSoft deployments - MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect certification (or equivalent experience) - Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences Nice to have - Experience with Salesforce integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft Accelerators) - Background in nonprofit, association, or healthcare verticals - Familiarity with Anypoint MQ, Object Store, and Runtime Manager - Experience with other iPaaS platforms (Dell Boomi, Workato, Informatica) Benefits - All our positions are Remote and are available as Full Time Employment or B2B Contracts
