Role Description Join us as a Technical Specialist, Integration and Operations. We’ll look to you to develop end-to-end solutions and translate problems and opportunities into high level solutions. As a Technical Specialist, you’ll be: - Defining appropriate technical solutions for Avaloq and cloud programmes and platforms with expertise to meet business requirements in accordance with business-wide change standards. - Undertaking high quality technical analysis, design and delivery of technology solutions or components, including technical guidance, development, configuration, testing and operational management services for technologies, platforms and products. Day-to-day, you’ll be: - Capturing, validating and documenting technical requirements, making sure they are in line with key strategic principles. - Building, managing and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions. - Utilising our standard processes by understanding the development lifecycles and minimum mandatory requirements. - Managing the application of and compliance with our change framework and standards, including the use of Agile methodology. - Collaborating with architects and engineers to drive and deliver optimal solutions. - Articulating and quantifying technical impacts in a tangible manner, which allows stakeholders to make informed decisions. Qualifications - Proven experience of applying technical analysis tools and techniques. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - The ability to organise and lead planning and solution design and delivery across matrix teams. - A strong background in Avaloq kernel concepts, development and integration technologies, such as batch and CAPI, in cloud and on-prem environments, supported by an Avaloq accreditation. - Proven experience of cutover management. About the Role The GTM Enablement Program Manager is the "boots on the ground" for our revenue engine. Reporting to the Senior Director, GTM Enablement, you will be the creative force behind our training content and the primary facilitator for our teams. What You'll Do Curriculum Design & Content Production - Design and build engaging, interactive training content, including playbooks, certification exams, and e-learning modules. - Turn complex technical product features into simple, persuasive value propositions that reps can use in real-world conversations. Facilitation & Training Delivery - Lead live training sessions, workshops, and new hire bootcamps. - Host role play sessions and coaching clinics to help reps sharpen their discovery and closing skills. What We're Looking For Required - 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Instructional Design. - Direct Outbound Experience: Proven track record as a former outbound sales leader or high-performing representative (e.g., Outbound BDR/SDR Manager, Outbound BDR, or AE). - Prospecting Enablement: Specific experience building and executing enablement programs focused on outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, multi-channel sequencing, and lead qualification. - Superior Presentation & Facilitation: Advanced skills in commanding a room or a web-conferencing call to deliver impactful training. - Creative Content Development: Ability to transform technical documentation or sales processes into compelling slide decks, videos, or playbooks. - Analytical Mindset: An interest in using data and performance metrics to prove the success and ROI of enablement programs. The EPIC Optimization Program Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for optimizing clinical and operational workflows through the effective use of Epic. The Program Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Medical Informatics to lead a dyad model that integrates both clinical and operational perspectives. Position Summary Provide technical, client and business line support to the Americas region and global business line as it relates to technical services, support, strategy, new product development, global processes, capacity planning and/or technical governance to maintain and enhance technical leadership. Objective Actively seek out opportunities for potential new products and revenue sources through expansion of current services, new service development and as a response to customer inquiries. Monitor, develop, and manage technical aspects of regulatory related services executed globally on behalf of Americas’ region customers Major Roles & Responsibilities - Maintain awareness of industry best practices/standards and provide technical insight to clients and colleagues in areas of focus and consumer products.
