Technical Sales Representative
SOLEVO Group
• Drive sales growth and deliver technical support for water treatment solutions • Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities • Conduct hands‑on fieldwork including jar/floc testing, site audits, and troubleshooting • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at mining operations • Assist in commissioning new treatment programs and provide training to customer staff
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Water/Environmental Science, or related field
- At least 20 years specific water treatment experience in the Mining Sector
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in water treatment, mining, or related process industries
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment chemistries, flocculants, and separation technologies used in mining
- Proven sales experience in technical products (preferably chemicals or process solutions)
- Practical experience conducting floc/jar tests, chemical dosing, and plant trials
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote mining sites

This team sells our security solutions to enterprise-level accounts within a defined territory. The ideal candidate for the role will be local to the Pittsburgh area and have the following skillset: - Proven hunter with a disciplined approach to early pipeline development and prospecting into enterprise accounts.
