Senior Data Analytics Manager
Adoreal
• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed analytics team across multiple time zones. • Establish priorities, set goals, and manage performance to foster a high-performing analytics organization. • Develop and implement analytics standards, best practices, and processes to ensure quality and consistency. • Partner with cross-functional teams. • Drive deep analysis to surface trends, opportunities, anomalies, and actionable insights. • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making. • Oversee and guide the development of dashboards, automated reports, and analytics tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Ensure robust data pipelines, reliable metrics, and scalable reporting solutions in collaboration with data engineering. • Prioritize analytics projects, balance roadmap demands, and ensure timely delivery. • Champion analytical excellence, including experiment design, KPI definition, and model validation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including people management experience. Recruiting Resources
- Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering insights that influenced business strategy.
- Strong experience with SQL and data querying; proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
