• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Scrum Master to drive Agile adoption within a Data Science team that currently has limited exposure to Agile and Scrum practices. • The role will focus on establishing structured processes, improving team productivity, and ensuring smooth sprint execution without requiring constant supervision from leadership. • You will work closely with a team of data scientists, bringing in best practices, enabling collaboration, and creating accountability across ceremonies and deliverables. • This is a part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) with working hours overlapping late evening IST (9:30 PM – 12:30 AM) to align with PT time zones. • The engagement will start immediately, with strong potential for scope expansion based on performance and team scaling needs.
