The Role: Reporting into our corporate Fulfillment Technology team, this position will work on further developing solutions for our strategic warehouse management system (The Körber /HighJump-ONE Platform.) This position is preferred to be seated in one of our primary fulfillment locations: Aurora, CO | Bolingbrook, IL | Newark, NJ | Newnan, GA| Irving, TX| Swedesboro, NJ | Phoenix, AZ. Alternatively, candidates can be remote-based in an eligible HelloFresh working state, but with an expectation of some travel to Brand fulfillment centers across the country as needed (< 10 %) You will… - Participate in the design and analysis of new WMS integration/feature function/ reporting requirements from business partner organizations (operations, procurement, quality, automation engineering and data analytics) - Develop solution architecture that meets functional, performance and user experience requirements for both the core WMS, as well as any associated integrations - Collaborate with leadership to define the product development roadmap, prioritize development sprints, and formulate the overall release strategy, including documenting and delivering materials for software change control. - Partner with the Fulfillment Technology WMS Services and Support team to manage and execute approved code rollouts, including technical configuration, promotion, and assistance with related defect management. - Act as the WMS team's representative in cross-functional initiatives (involving operations, automation, procurement, etc.) and collaborate with the WMS support team to triage and resolve escalated software issues and defect tickets. - Assist department leadership with ad-hoc special projects and contribute to the growth of the team by managing and mentoring fellow department members when designated. You have… - 4+ years of Koerber/ HighJump design and development experience with Advantage Architect, Advantage Link, Webwise Page Editor - 4+ years of professional experience implementing or supporting a tier-one Warehouse Management System (WMS) within RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment environments. - High proficiency in SQL: complex queries, stored procedures, functions and database objects - Direct experience building and/or supporting HighJump integrations with external host or MHE applications - Demonstrated experience driving dashboards and reporting solutions using SSRS and a strong working knowledge of SQL Server. Experience with label design software like Bartender and familiarity with Windows OS administration are considered a plus. - An undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering, with a Master's degree being preferred. - Industry experience in food or cold chain logistics is a plus. You are reliable and flexible to accommodate occasional work across various shifts to collaborate with internal leadership, and you are willing to travel to various facilities to support projects and platform rollouts. Job Description The Aviation Solutions Division provides direct project support for programs and platforms at Patuxent River Air Base and Webster Field Base in Southern Maryland. System aircraft design and development tasking drives projects for equipment removal and replacement, complex cable harness fabrication, aircraft installation efforts, and lab testing development integration. The Division Program Manager is currently searching for qualified and experienced candidates to join the Aviation Solution team to expand capabilities and provide operational excellence to the both the customer and war fighter. The program is currently searching for a qualified Avionic Technician IV to join the operational team. The selected candidate modifies, fabricates and builds equipment and subassemblies working from layout diagrams, schematics, wire boards, and verbal instructions. The technician will install, inspect, test, adjust, or repair avionics equipment, such as radar, radio, navigation, and control systems in aircraft. The technician will assist in dismantling, repairing, overhauling or replacing parts and assemblies such as engines, plumbing systems, hydraulic systems, and aircraft structural sections. Integration efforts will be performed within full-scale production manufacturing operations and include tasks such as production fabrication for electronic, mechanical, electromechanical assemblies. Additional tasking capabilities will include quality assurance CDI training and experience and pin-out verification testing, having the ability to follow established methods and procedures, and effective time management for production scheduling and control. The technician must be proficient with coordinating, planning, and expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within a warehouse and production facility environment. Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments such as, forklift certification, solder certification, connector and back shell termination compliance, understanding the 505 Aircraft Integration manual guidance, fall protection, hazmat training, and tool control processes. The qualified candidate will assist with integration efforts both local and during travel to support harness and equipment removal and replacement for final terminations and verification testing. Avionic Technician IV level operations resources should be self-reliable and follow supervision guidance during installation and integration tasking and help lead fabrication efforts with little direction. The hourly rate for this position is set by the Dept of Labor and is not negotiable. Current rate is $35.64/hr. This position is located in the scenic and historic Southern Maryland area of St. Mary's County, near to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position.
