DevOps Engineer, OpenShift

**Responsibilities:**** • Build and maintain CI and CD pipelines that support OpenShift workloads** • Manage OpenShift clusters, including deployment, upgrades, scaling, logging, and monitoring** • Automate everything possible using tools like Ansible, GitOps workflows, or scripting languages** • Troubleshoot cluster, container, and pipeline issues across the full stack** • Work with development teams to containerize apps and optimize performance** • Implement security best practices for OpenShift and Kubernetes environments** • Maintain strong documentation around workflows, pipelines, and cluster operations** • Improve reliability, resiliency, and performance of platform services

Job Requirements

  • Required Skills:****
  • Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes**
  • Solid understanding of CI and CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions**
  • Knowledge of containerization using Docker or Podman**
  • Experience automating infrastructure using Ansible or Terraform**
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across Linux and cloud environments**
  • Experience working with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK**
  • Comfort with scripting in Bash, Python, or similar languages
  • Preferred Skills:****
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux**
  • Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as Argo CD**
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP**
  • Understanding of networking concepts related to containers and clusters
