AI Staff Engineer
Internas
• Identify and propose opportunities to adopt AI agents across different squads and projects. • Implement advanced solutions using platforms such as Azure AI and Amazon Bedrock, integrating intelligent agents into existing workflows. • Accelerate hybrid squads by serving as the technical reference for Artificial Intelligence solutions. • Lead the definition of guidelines and strategies for AI-related content on the StackSpot AI platform. • Document configuration, integration, and solution evolution processes, sharing knowledge with the community and technical teams. • Assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions through technical metrics and user feedback.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in using agent platforms (Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock) for implementing and integrating AI solutions.
- Proven experience in creating agents based on GenAI (low-code), tuning behaviors using logs and feedback.
- Ability to define strategies, standards, and guidelines for AI content in collaborative environments.
- Autonomy in using and applying plugins, extensions, and automations in tools such as StackSpot AI, DevIn, Copilot, and Iara.
- Skill in documenting technical processes and disseminating knowledge to squads.
