Solution Architect – Creatio

• Design and own the architecture of the B2B CRM platform based on Creatio. • Define and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solution designs for complex enterprise use cases. • Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and developers to maintain developing technical solutions. • Develop and maintain custom Creatio packages (C#, business logic, integrations, UI). • Design and govern integrations between Creatio and enterprise systems. • Ensure data consistency, performance, fault tolerance, and security of the platform. • Maintain and provide technical leadership to Middle and Junior developers. • Create and maintain technical and architectural documentation. • Participate in sprint planning, technical estimations, and solution design workshops. • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for Creatio customizations. • Analyze and resolve complex incidents and performance issues. • Continuously improve the architecture, standards, and development practices of the CRM platform.
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Creatio (configuration, custom packages, business processes, integrations).
- 4+ years of experience in C#/ .NET/ .NET Core development.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding Creatio UI customization.
- Experience designing enterprise solutions and working with complex data models.
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical solutions in a clear way.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation is a plus.
- Optional: Experience in B2B, telecom, or large enterprise systems is a strong advantage.

CTG is seeking a full-time, remote role for a Solutions Architect specializing in Epic Community Connect, Ambulatory. In this role, you will design and implement integrated software solutions, partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and provide guidance throughout projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting solution architectures, coordinating system integrations, optimizing business processes, and offering consultancy services to enhance efficiency and productivity. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional EHR teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
