People & Workplace Intern

Circle

• Help shape the intern experience by coordinating events, analyzing feedback, and sharing insights to enhance early-career talent programs • Support key experiences like the onboarding process, and lead a focused project to localize onboarding for the APAC region, including benchmarking how top tech companies tailor new hire experiences for regional needs • Contribute to Circle Center, our go-to digital resource for people managers and employees, by building out content that supports critical people programs • Support learning and development initiatives, including research and proposal development for a Learning Rewards Program • Support performance programs by creating and maintaining resources for feedback and year-end review processes • Assist with process documentation across the People team, including drafting policies and standard operating procedures • Explore how AI tools and automation can streamline People & Workplace operations and improve team efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for internal documentation and digital resources
  • Interest in research, benchmarking, and turning insights into thoughtful recommendations for program improvement
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing content and projects using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
