Strategic Partner Manager

• Manage facility relationships across your region, while building towards business goals • Present business reviews that highlight wins and opportunity areas for your facility partners, working with our analytics team to identify the most relevant information • Minimize churn and redirect our partners to growth opportunities through the use of Nursa products • Work with our Product, S&O, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure facilities have the best possible experience when using our platform, and inform facilities when new products or updates are launched • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and retention
Job Requirements
- Proven success in a client-facing sales / account management role or related experience
- You empathize with customer needs and adapt to meet their unique goals resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
- You are a thoughtful, customer-first thinker who can create data-driven recommendations that drive results
- You can navigate sales tools with ease (Salesforce, Google Apps, Groove)
- You have a data-driven mindset and use it to achieve business impact
- Prior marketplace, healthcare, tech, or startup experience is a plus, but not required
- Preference for location in the greater St. Louis area
