Onboarding & Support Specialist Remote – (AR, LA, or OK) About the RoleWe’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people succeed, communicates clearly, and thrives in a client-facing environment. This position is focused on training, onboarding, and supporting clients as they learn to confidently use our software. In this role, you’ll spend a significant portion of your time leading training sessions, guiding new clients through onboarding, and helping users understand workflows. The other half of your time will be spent responding to client questions and providing thoughtful, high-quality support. This role is about people, communication, and helping others succeed with technology - not building or fixing the technology itself. Role Description We are looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Support team as a Tier 2 Support Engineer.
