Payroll Solutions
What's the role? We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused HCM Specialist to join our growing Payroll Solutions team! You'll be responsible for preparing client payrolls in compliance with wage and tax regulations, processing garnishments, generating payroll reports, and assisting with tax filings- all within the isolved HCM platform. Whether you prefer to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite at one of our 19 office locations, this position offers flexibility, support, and strong career growth opportunities. In this role, you'll: - Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and after-the-fact payrolls for a variety of clients - Generate quarterly and year-end reports, including W-2s - Update employee information and handle payroll adjustments per client requests - Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate payroll processing and provide exceptional support What experience and skills do I need to be successful? What's the schedule? This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with a steady 40 hours per week. Generally, overtime is not expected except during January and February for year-end.
